The IWA Sustainability in the Water Sector Specialist Group and the IWA Young Water Professionals Community are hosting an online workshop to explore the challenges women face in the water industry. As part of the Women in Water Project, the webinar will dive into insights from the book ‘Women in Water: How to Support Everyone’s Contribution’, explroing some of the challenges and lessons learned in relation to womens’ opportunities and advancement, disrespectful behaviour, self-confidence, age, work-life balance, and mentoring.
